Orders are delivered with Aras Cargo.

The product will be sent to you on the first business day after the order is received. Under normal conditions, your order will be at your address within 2 to 4 days.

There is no shipping fee for orders of 4000 ₺ over. Standard shipping fee (110 ₺) is charged for orders under 4000 ₺.

For the return process, you need to send an e-mail to info@ardenarchive.com and then send the product with Aras Cargo with the free shipping code that will be given to you.

For shipments you make with different shipping companies, the shipping fee belongs to you.

After the product reaches us, the compliance of the product with the 'Return and Cancellation Conditions' is checked and unless otherwise stated, a refund instruction is made to you.

Depending on your bank's procedures, it may take 1 to 7 business days for the relevant amount to be credited to your account.

Shipping charges for orders are non-refundable.
